The highlight of last week was the annual District Sports event at Stoke Mandeville Stadium. As Nick is in Year 6 he acted as boys team captain and so went up to collect the shield – Wendover Junior School were runners-up.
Nick competed in the long jump (1st with 4.12m), 100m (3rd) and 4×100m relay (4th).
I took as many photos as I could but I had to leave in the middle to go to a governor’s meeting at Elmhurst School.
